Queen City Brewers Festival

Saturday, February 2 at The Fillmore

Queen City Brewers Festival highlights local beer and cider vendors from around the area. Guests will enjoy sampling from 40 Charlotte-only brewers and cederies with complimentary foods inside The Fillmore and The Fillmore Underground at the AvidXchange Music Factory. Festival proceeds will benefit ACEing Autism Charlotte.

 

Annual Mint Oyster Roast

Saturday, February 2 from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m.

Join Founders’ Circle and Young Affiliates of the Mint on the lawn at the Mint Museum’s Randolph Road location for an annual oyster roast. There will be wine, beer, oysters, and a low country boil to enjoy. Tickets can be purchase on site the day of the event.

 

Mill Stone 50K

Saturday, February 9 at the Anne Springs Close Greenway

The Mill Stone 50K consists of three 10.5-mile loops throughout the scenic Anne Springs Close Greenway in Fort Mill. This course proves to be one-with-nature as runners will cross two creeks, gravel roads, dirt trails and lots of mud. The Mill Stone 8K will be held during the 50K, and specific race details can be found online.

 

2019 All-Star Weekend

February 15-17 at Spectrum Center

For the first time since 1991, Charlotte will host the 2019 NBA All-Star Weekend at Spectrum Center this month. The event line up will start Friday night with the NBA Celebrity Game and the Rising Stars Challenge. Saturday will host the NBA All-Star Team Practices followed by the Slam Dunk and 3 Point Shootout challenges. The weekend will finish with the All-Star Game on Sunday. Weekend tickets and day passes are available online.

 

An Evening with Fleetwood Mac

Sunday, February 24 at 8 p.m. at Spectrum Center

Legendary Fleetwood Mac returns to Charlotte as part of their North American Tour. Head out to the Spectrum Center to hear the band’s classic hit songs. The tour will feature Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Stevie Nicks, and Christine McVie of Fleetwood Mac along with newcomers Mike Campbell and Neil Finn. More details can be found online.

 

2019 CIAA Tournament

February 25-March 2

The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association, the nation’s first African-American athletic conference, will host the 2019 CIAA Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament during the last week of February. All-session ticket packages as well as single-session tickets can be purchased online.
